The Headshot Station Activation
The Solution to Volume Headshots at Conferences and Events and Large Employee Gatherings
At trade shows and functions with multiple businesses present, many corporations these days are looking for ways to make their booth stand out from the rest. One way to increase brand engagement and draw foot traffic to your booth is to integrate a Headshot Station into your display, and offer each attendee a high resolution “LinkedIn Headshot,” sponsored by your company.
Immediate Image Delivery with Branded Delivery System
When you are running a business, time is of the essence and a quick delivery is a must. Impress your booth traffic and get the images in their hands right away — Gustavo Fernandez Photography can deliver the selected unretouched image to each attendee immediately after they’re photographed, through a branded delivery system that appears as if it came directly from your company.
Retouched Images Available
If you prefer retouched images, each subject will choose their favorite photo right after being photographed, and we will send you all the retouched high resolution jpg files within 3-5 business days, with the option for us to also send to a mailing list via branded email delivery. You can then follow up with each guest individually for a personal touch, and to further discuss your product or service.
Large, Single Company Events
The Headshot Station can also be used to enable companies with a large, geographically diverse workforce to get stunning and consistent headshots at their annual events/gatherings.
For big businesses, a company-wide event may be one of the few times that most of the employees are in one place, which provides a great opportunity to update headshots. GFP can set up a mini studio at your conference or event, so you have consistent portraits of every staff member.
Full Day Rental with Optional Hair and Makeup Artist
The Headshot Station is available to be booked for up to 8 hours, and we offer the option of a licensed hair and makeup artist if you want to allow for a quick professional touch up before the subjects get in front of the camera.
